- The charges are calculated by minute.
- Does the card have an expiry date?
- Yes, the card is valid for 2 months, after it has been used for the first time
- When does the charging commence?
- Charging begins when the person you are trying to call answers the phone.
- Will the phone line I am calling from using my “bla bla”card, be charged in any way?
- No. The number called for access to the “bla bla” service is a special number without charge.
- Are there any hidden charges?
- Is there a difference between the charges to mobile or fixed lines?
- Yes, call charges may be different. Calls to mobile phones have a small additional charge for the call connection. For additional information regarding the rate charges please call 131.
- Are there peak hours/non-peak hours?
- Can I use my ‘bla bla’ abroad?
- Currently the “bla bla” card cannot be used abroad.
- Can I use ‘bla bla’ card to call a mobile or fixed line in Cyprus or abroad?
- If my time is up during a call, can I change the card without terminating the call?
- No. 30 sec before the interruption of the call you will hear a warning tone.
- If I wish to use the “bla bla” at a payphone, do I need a telecard?
- No. Just pick the handset, dial 800 10 800 and follow the instructions at the back of your card.
- If my card has a balance which is not enough to conduct a call, can I transfer the balance to another card?
- No. Balances cannot be transferred.
