- You can send an email in Greek if you are using 928 (ISO- 8859-7) models. If you do not have Greek fonts you may download them through various sites in the internet.

- How many recipients can receive the same email?
- o Maximum number of recipients is 20 to avoid Spamming.
- How can I send a large email?
- If the email includes one or more attachments you can compress them in order to reduce the size of the email.
- Is there a possibility that e-mails are not sent to the recipient?
- An email which does not reach its destination, is either not sent at all, or sent to the wrong recipient. In the first case, you will receive an error message from the system, which will display analytically the reasons for which the email did not reach its destination. In the second case, you have probably typed a wrong address which obviously belongs to another user.
